For some people, learning about Outlook by watching hours of video training just doesn't work.
Most people don't have all that time.
And in truth we all want what we want when we need it...and only then.
So given that requirement, I'd like to find out if you are interested in joining a particular kind of membership site for you, so you can get help on software.
