We work remotely (starting with a call, then logging onto your computer at the scheduled time). This allows us to get a snapshot view of everything quickly, pinpoint hotspots, and observe/evaluate issues then make immediate experienced recommendations.
Here's the process:
1) You call or email (contact us) and we will schedule a short (free) appointment together to discuss the specifics of your situation--your business model, what's important to you, what you need help with the most, and during that consultation we’ll let you know how we can be of service. This meeting is no more than 20 minutes.
2) Based on this mutual exchange of information we’ll decide on the most beneficial way to proceed.

Package 1
Hourly - When you are simply seeking remote support on one or more particular issues see our remote support services.
This is used by clients who want personalized and professional assistance with their software (like Outlook) and/or for work training, consulting, web development, graphics manipulation, email marketing, product and/or services sales, database conversions and supporting software.
Package 2
5-hours: Along with the personalized training, consulting and development, this package entitles you to Outlook 2007 for Business Video Training Course (a $67 value). That's a $742 value for $575 (15% off hourly).
Package 3
10-hours: Along with the personalized training, consulting and development, this package entitles you to Outlook 2007 for Business Video Training Course (a $67 value). That's a $1,417 value for $1,000 (25% off hourly).
