Paul Wagner, The Software Magician, is a coach, consultant, radio show host and author on Contact Management and Internet Marketing Strategies. His mission is to teach business professionals and entrepreneurs how to get peace of mind and overcome technical overwhelm by working faster and smarter with their technology and software in day-to-day business.
Paul has helped sky-rocket mutli-millionaire entrepreneurs in their business. With worldwide article distribution on the subject of Software & Marketing training, along with his proprietary and successful Outlook for the Entrepreneur, a world-class Video training program specifically designed for the Entrepreneur and Small Business, he is able to foster success for virtually anyone in business.

Originally Database Designer and Project Manager for legacy mainframe systems for 28 years, Paul Wagner has a unique combination of technical and teaching skills proven when he was working as a software developer with multibillion dollar corporations such as Hewlett-Packard and Epson America where he was a speaker at technical conferences. He now brings a special combination of Teaching skills and Technical Expertise to both small entrepreneurs and medium-sized corporations. Using a real-time teaching model on the internet, Paul now makes it possible for people anywhere, anytime to learn advanced technical skills.
Paul now uses that learned patience, calmness and technical know-how to instruct students in the art and science of Contact Management. His humor and patience contribute to making Classes stimulating, comprehensive and downright fun.

Kira Wagner

Working in Customer Service for the last 3 years with a background in Electronics and Video, Kira wears many hats at The Software Magician. She is an Analyst, Developer, Customer Support Representative and Instructor. Her extreme patience, support and kindness contribute both to the efficiency and smoothness of classes given. Paul and Kira are married and live in Thousand Oaks, California with three children.
